By chance, I found that there was a promotional sale of laptops, and bought the beast [add a link to producer site...] (thanks, *S*).

Things to do:

• Christen it: mus.prea.net
• Identify hardware
• Define a partition scheme
• Install Debian GNU/Linux
• Install some variety of Winsomething
• Migrate data from old laptop to new one.
